Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Allen and Taiesha Fowler

Taiesha Flenaugh and Allen Fowler met while pursuing their teaching credentials, and earlier this year, while walking the beach in Honolulu, Hawaii, Allen popped the big question.  They tied the knot last month at the Rose Garden in Exposition Park.

Taiesha is from Fairbanks,  Alaska, and has a graduate degree from USC.  Allen is from Los Angeles and is a UCLA graduate.  She teaches at Paul Revere Middle School, while he teaches at Oak Street Elementary School, and he coaches football at Hamilton High School, his alma mater.  

The newly married couple felt nervous leading up to their wedding day, as they planned the ceremony and reception on their own.  They were both pleased that the event ran relatively smoothly, and they felt the love from their family and friends who gathered together to celebrate their union. 

After traveling to both of their family reunions (Albany, Georgia and Dallas, Texas), the Fowlers will be heading off to Costa Rica later this year.
