Beckmen&nbsp;Youth Orchestra Los Angeles&nbsp;(YOLA)&nbsp;Center&nbsp;in&nbsp;Inglewood next year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&ldquo;This concert is an introduction and an invitation of what this will be,&rdquo; said Leni Boorstin, LA Phil Senior Advisor, External Engagement.&nbsp; &ldquo;We&rsquo;ll have information about the YOLA center, and we can answer any questions that people may have.&nbsp; This is the beginning for both Inglewood and the neighboring communities to get to know us, and as importantly for the LA Phil, that we get to know Inglewood.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inglewood Mayor James Butts will open the show, and the Inglewood High School marching band will perform.&nbsp; There will be a double basses performance by Inglewood natives and YOLA alum Dalanie Harris, a student at Eastmen School of Music at the University of Rochester in New York, and Moses Aubrey, a student at UCLA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The LA Phil orchestral, led by conductor Paolo Bortolameolli, will perform.&nbsp; For more information about the LA Phil and the YOLA program, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laphil.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.laphil.com\/<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inglewood native and YOLA alum Moses Aubrey, a student at UCLA.
